Delete my account

You can delete your PLURpulse account and its data at any time, in either of two ways.

1. In the app

  1. Open PLURpulse and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings > Delete account.
  3. Follow the steps to confirm.

2. By email

Email support@plurpulse.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We send it from that address so we know the request is really from you.

What happens next

Your account and its data are deleted, and everything is gone within 30 days, including backups, apart from what the Privacy Policy says is kept.

Deleting your account can't be undone. You can make a new account later, but your old data won't come back.
